Reach for the Stars...and follow your dreams!
Can you get your Associates Degree while still going to High School???
...it's possible at GHS and it's FREE!
Many high schools offer their students the opportunity to take Dual Credit classes. These are classes that count towards your high school credits and also count as credit for college classes. Unlike most schools, however, at GHS we provide this opportunity to our students at no cost! Groesbeck ISD pays for students to take Dual Credit classes and covers the cost of tuition, fees and books.
SO YOU WANT TO START YOUR COLLEGE CAREER IN HIGH SCHOOL!!
HOW DO YOU GET STARTED??????
1) You need to take and PASS the TSI test. The next opportunity to take it will be on Nov. 12th. Be listening for instructions to sign up or see Mrs. Stanley.
2) Sign up for Dual Credit classes when you register for your high school classes.
3) Work hard and make good grades! These classes count twice!
